Raoul, Good luck on your radial system. I smile at the guys who will not get on Top Band because of too few radials. My DXCC on that band was done from an 80X123 foot lot in suburban Dallas using an LM354 tower top-loaded by a small tribander and tuned with a gamma match. The radial system was two (yes 2) radials buried in a couple of lawn irrigation trenches snaked around wherever the wire would fit. So, my take is like so many have said before. Get on with what you can arrange and enjoy the DX. 73 Don K5AQ _______________________________________________ Topband mailing list Topband@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/topband |
