It sounds like zig-zagging a 500' BOG isn't a good idea but I could run one in a straight line for 300 ft. Has anyone tried running two or three BOG antennas in a straight line parallel to each other (within 5 ft. of each other) and combining them together just before entering your shack ? Would that just amount to two or three of the same weak signal or would it be two to three times stronger ?
