I just copied 1550 News Radio Fresno here in Oregon only on 1810. I stuck the spectrum analyzer on the antenna and it is 40db out of the noise in 100hz bandwidth. Weirdest signal I have ever seen. It's carrier has two peaks the same amplitude about 200Hz apart. Must be some kind of digital station or something is really wrong.
