This morning had the feeling to go to the shack and
take a listen on top band, tuned a couple minutes
and heard a signal appear, started calling cq, was
BX0ZR solid 59 plus, after he went split I could
hear SM5EDX calling (0452) with a good signal
and then faded out. Also RA6AX up the band.
Later after dropping the wife off at work (some
body has to pay for the toys) XU7ACY was
working EU at a fast pace, but didnt hear my
puny 100W. He was 579 on peaks, also heard
many of the Eu stations calling him (1745Z)
OH2BO really popped up on a peak, QSB was
long and slow on most signals to EU, but fast
on the Asians.
At least here in the stormy pacific conditions were
