I think, there is an another way to solve this problem. I am 
just working on a SDR receiver project, using some top class 
components, like Minicircuit decoders and LT1028:

Voltage Noise
1.1nV/rt Hz Max. at 1kHz
0.85nV/rt Hz Typ. at 1kHz
1.0nV/ rtHz Typ. at 10Hz
35nP-P Typ., 0.1Hz to 10Hz 

This IC costs around 20$.

If I succeed, will have a limited number for sale as well.
