Topband: T32MO

I talked with the YL at T32MO on one of the higher bands a couple of 
nights ago and asked about 160 m operations. She said that because of 
high winds they have not been able to put up their low band antennas. 
Tonight they are on 40m so they may be making progress on their 
antennas. She also said that they are there until the 3rd week in February.
