Topband: RF parts plate choke

I see lots of reference to the RF parts RFC-4L as a fine plate choke for use 
down thru 160m.  Yet I do not see it offered on their website.  Is their RFC-3 
the same or at least suitable?   I did ask them directly via email, but no 
response after a week.
