W8JI, Tom, and I noticed a fairly strong BC station appearing on 1816 this morning. It peaks southwest from me (in Iowa) and west from Tom. It's peaking 10/S9 here but the QRN here today is too severe for me to get an ID. Can anyone ID the station? 73. . .
