This is pretty much true.  I would like to point out one "easy" country that
has alluded me and perhaps others - that might not show up on that list.

I think most of the operations there have taken place from one QTH - which 
appears to not lend itself to having a good signal on topband - at least to
the west coast of the USA.  

Maybe someday - someone will put some extra effort to focusing on topband 
from there.
