I have a DXE-RFS-2P and four of the active vertical elements. I want to install only two of the elements, since I don't have the property to install all four. This would be for RX on 160m only. Questions: 1. Can I use the DXE-RFS-2P and just terminate the unused vertical ports with a 75 ohm resistor? 2. If the DXE-RFS-2P can't be used, how can I feed just two of the active vertical elements? Any suggestions on how to use just two of the vertical elements in a "phased array" would be appreciated. 73 - Dave N3RD _______________________________________________ UR RST IS ... ... ..9 QSB QSB - hw?
