Hi Tracey,
Ladies tights are often used for tying up garden plants or even staking
trees. Your beverage should not have such a great load that these could
not be used. Then you can replace them every so often if needs be. My
experience is that they last well. This is a gardening trick picked up
from one of the BBC gardening programs by the way. Coal is being shipped
back to Newcastle.
