Herb, not sure how geeky you want to get, but you could run a Linux virtual machine in a "sandbox" on your Windows 7 desktop. Complete instructions are here, and it's free! http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/130922-linux-install-windows-7-virtual- machine-using-virtualbox.html Then you run WebSDR from the virtual machine that has Linux OS.
