Dallas speaks highly of his vertical receiving antennas which he refers
to as 'low noise'. Approx 23 feet or so in height with a transformer
5ft above ground, then a pair of wires to a similar transformer at the
radio end. He has other designs maybe 40 ft high. It all seems so simple
and almost too good to be true for those of us living in suburbia.
