Topband: Shortened inv L radial system

The question was asked about radials.  I had limited success with several
buried radials in conjunction with my TB 126 ft inv L antenna.. I installed
an elevated Folded Counterpoise per instructions on K2AV.com.  Very superior
in S/N to conventional limited radial field.  I augment rx with 2 RBOGs
which drops noise level.
