Is your tower detuned for 160 meters when in receive?
My first thought is that the shunt fed tower resonance is interfering with
your HiZ Vertical array.

HiZ 4-8.
Both are about 300ft away from a shunt-fed tower for 160m and 4 sq for 80m.
