On 80M, it's about 60 min, on 40M about 2 hours. The winter Stew starts around sunrise in NorCal, and we get up to work JA for about 30 minutes into pretty bright daylight. I have missed a LOT of QSOs with DXpeditions because they abandon the lower bands with the first sign of light.
