Take the 55G sections and run - hi! There is no adapter but if you get
the BPC25G Concrete Base Plate, you can take it to a local fabricator/welder
and have them weld it to the top of one of the 55G sections - the one you'll
have on top. You'll probably want to gusset it up somewhat for additional
strength. The leg thickness of the 55G is thicker than 45G so as long as
they don't burn a hole in the leg while welding, it should be nice and
secure. Welding galvanized material is messy and dangerous so they will
probably have to spend some time grinding away the galvanizing. Paint it a
couple of times with cold galvanizing paint and it'll be almost like new.
Treat the whole tower like it was 25G and you'll stay out of trouble.

73 and good luck, Steve K7LXC
