Hi Carlos,

I have a g-1000sdx which has info in the manual regarding the g-800s.
Briefly, what I can find in the printed pages is as follows with approx.
height given at end:

1.voltage requirement 110-120 or 220-240
2.motor voltage: s vers. 20vdc
3.450degree rotation time s ver: 55 sec
4.braking torque g-800/sdx 4,000kg-cm (289 ft-lbs)
5.rotation torque all models: 600-1100 kg-cm (43.4-79.5 ft.lbs)
6.maxium continuous duty: 5 minutes
7.rotation range: 450 degrees +0/-5 degrees
8.maximum vertical load: 200 kg (440 lbs)
9.wind loading area: tower mounted: less than 0.45 m squared
mass mounted: less than 2.2 m squared
10.control cable: 5-conductors: #20 awg or larger
11.mast diameter: 38-63 mm (1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches)
12.weight: g-800s/sdx rotator: 3.4kg (7.5 lbs)
13. weight s controller: 3.2 kg (7.0lbs)
14.the g-800s/sdx rotator unit to accommodate medium-size antenna arrays
15.mounting rotator inside tower for greatest support capacity (antenna
wind surface area up to 2 m squared for g-800s/sdx
16."As a general rule, for the G-800S/SDX, the product of the rotating
radius and weight of the antenna should not exceed 180 kg-m (1299
17.Sorry but not height given for unit in the manual but I think it is
about 8 to 9 inches (I put mine up 2years ago and this is only a guess
perhaps this info can best be obtained from Yaesu or another member of
list), but the base for the 4 securing bolts to use for securing to
tower plate is given as 119mm diameter with 84mm given from bolt to

I like the rotator I have, no problems, 2 years service. Hope this
