Hi, Jim --

      Anti-oxidants like Penetrox, et al., are well known and commonly used
in many electrical connection applications.  I don't know how a
never-seize-type of material works (I'm still researching it).  It is
recommended to be used on threads of nuts/bolts (especially stainless steel
which gall easily) to insure easy removal.  Whether it is an anti-oxidant is
the question.  I'll let you know when I find out.  In the meantime, any of
the commercially available anti-oxidants (Penetrox, KLM stuff, Butternut
'Butter It's Not', NoAlox, etc.) are the recommended materials to be used.
 As long as you use the right one for the job (copper, aluminum, other), the
brand doesn't seem to be the critical choice.
