others seem to have answered your questions well...one suggestion I will make
is that you not completely apply the wrap - leave the last inch un-snapped
into place...until you are sure for sure and all your lengths have been
adjusted....trying to unwrap them (as you prbably have found) is a LOT easier
is you don't have to use the pliers to get at an end....oh, and one other
thing...watch out for the loose flesh of your finger tips and palms as - they
can be pinched as the wrap snaps into place creating some massive blood
blisters!
