Hi, new to this mailing list and have been reading. It appears I do not have
the knowledge base that most of you have and there is no 200 foot tower or
even a 50 foot tower. I do hae a question about the super sloper that
appeared in the December 1995 QST p.32.
Is this antenna considered a long wire antenna? If so I wonder about the
grounding required. I have read that long wire antennas need very good
ground sytems. Also what does happen if you connect this antenna to a tower
as compared to a nonconductive pole?
