>Use Noalox and join all mated aluminum with ss sheet metal screws.
Just a suggestion: as an alternative to sheet metal screws for securing
element sections, try aluminum pop rivets. The screws draw the soft aluminum
from one element section up into the other element section when tightened.
Makes it a bitch to get apart and leaves big gouges in the aluminum. Yes,
you have to drill out the rivets for disassembly, but it only takes a second
and leaves a much cleaner hole. If you already have the screws in there, try
drilling out the hole after removing the screw but before pulling the element
apart. The hole gets bigger, but should be a lot easier to get apart.
