It has been interesting reading all the posts about ground rods.  I will be
working on mine under the tower this weekend.  Adding more of them.

Here in Kansas...with its rich soil (with some gumbo here and there) we have
very good soil conductivity.  Also, it is a snap to put in a ground rod
using a cup of watter.  But, I remember seeing a national map of good soil
conductivity that went through the middle of Kansas.

What does the actual ground conductivity of the soil play in the number of
rods you have to install?  Is there a map that shows this type of thing?
