    A bigger issue than the documents is the legal framework that cc&r's,
zoning, permits, regulations, etc. play in the realization of a tower
installation.  The BEST article I've ever read is by Dale Clift, NA1L, a
lawyer and it is called "Land Use Regulation of Amateur Radio Towers".  TOWER
TECH has copies of it for an SASE.
