[TowerTalk] 4-Square elevated radials

My four square 160M array uses yet another arrangement of elevated
radials relative to the three u described!  (Yes...  It works VERY well!)

Each vertical uses two elevated radials, about 15 feet high.  Since the
base of each vertical is within a foot of the ground, the radials slope
upward at aproximately 45 degrees until they reach a height of 15 feet.
The two radials are opposite to one another and parallel to the radials
for the remaining verticals (see below):
