I use LMR-400 on a 70' hazer tower.  The non-flex version is still
plenty flexible.  It simply falls to the ground as you crank the antenna
down.  You can stack it in 4'  loops really easily.  I don't know why
one would want to use hardline or 9913 these days for such a short run
as Larry is contemplating.  They have lower loss stuff of bigger
diameter too.  I don't know how it would play.
