i would recommend about 30' of tower with a pulley at the top used
as a crane. but be sure that you spread out the lifting force or
you are liable to kink the tubing where you pick it up. its fairly
easy to stand up 30' of a light weight tower (i used rohn 25, but
rohn 20 or a lighter tower would work just fine, and if you guy it
well you can even use a pipe or pushup tower, just remember you can't
climb up to untie your knots with them!) just guy it with
rope and use it either as a pivot point to pick up the pole and
then tip it up into place. or as an assist to pivot up the pole
that is fastened down to its base. its amazing how much extra
leverage you can get with just that little extra height.
