A buried anchor per Rohn specs is an obvious answer.

If you want to elevate the guys a little (preferably less than 6 ft to
minimize 
the moment arm)  I-beams have the greatest strength/weight.  Orient the
center of the I-beam in line with the guy wires.  You can cut the end at
an
angle to facilitate attaching turnbuckles.

I like to use two anchors per direction on my tall towers, but then I
just use
screw anchors.  A  LARGE  I-beam with LOTS of concrete should hold all 4.
