The BCS is not commercially made.  It is provided to DXpeditions
by K8GG, W8UVZ, and W0CM who built the few in existance.

It is basically a trap vertical for 40 and 80 with a top loading wire
(inverted L style) for 160 meters.

For a single band 160M antenna,  a "T" top-loaded vertical is 
probably the best/easiet to make for yourself.  The length from
base to tip should be approximately .45 wavelengths if there
are two top wires.  For one top wire, .55 wavelengths is needed
for resonance.  Feedpoint impedance will be less than 30 Ohms
down to 10 Ohms, depending on the maximum height available.
