     The concrete reaches over 80% of its ultimate strength within 2-3 weeks
and is considered to be cured after 28 days having reached its specified
strength. 

    If you're in a real hurry, 7-10 days is about the minimum although it's
not recommended. After 2 weeks it's strong enough for most ham-type
installations.
