The subject relay box is a Yaesu accessory remote switch box designed
primarily to work with the FL7000 linear amplifier(now discontinued). There
is no control box as the selection is built into the linear. I don't have a
schematic for the switch but can get one if no one else can furnish a copy.
It should be very easy to build a controller for the unit as the relays
