LOW COST CABLE PULLING
For pulling my 3/4 inch CATV hardline, I simply place a
cable clamp on the end and tie a clove hitch below the
clamp with my 1/4 inch nylon pullup rope.
For RG-213, I place a few clove hitches in series on the
cable.
For pulling guy wires, I take an old Preformed Guy Grip
(or Dead End as they are called in the industry), wrap
a few turns around the guy cable, and hook on to the
grip.
