Once agn CoaxSeal gets an undeserved bad rap.  Number one:  so what if u
can't get it off ur plug, are u gonna use that plug anywhere again that is
out of the water?  unlikely.
Number two:  just wrap the connector with a layer of elect. tape and then
apply the CoaxSeal.  Later when u want to use that end of the coax
somewhere water is not, just unwrap the tape underlying.
Finally, ScotchKote will crack and break down with sun and time.  It is
not a good top coat.  This comes from a guy who used it that way in Texas
and in two years, it cracked a lot.  de K4VUD
