Good morning,
I had the pleasure of working Rick NQ4I on 10 meters 28.485 MHz
on October 6, 1997 at 2225Z. Reports logged here were
        5x7 with QSB antenna #1, 7 el @ 45 feet.
        5x5 with QSB antenna #2, 6 el @ 145 feet.
The Stateside to ZL path is a good long haul test for most
conditions.
I wonder if the longer boom on the 7 el, and more efficient
ground reflection at 45 feet are factors?

Regards,
Martin ZL1ANJ
