[TowerTalk] Connectors for 7/16" hardline

Fellow Towertalkians,

I purchased a 1000' spool of unjacketed hardline a while back.  Although 
it was sold to me as 1/2", its OD is more like 7/16" or 13/32".  Have any 
of you used this stuff on HF and if so, what method do you use to mate 
it with PL-259s?
