[TowerTalk] Phased verticals for 40/80 - Interaction

My 40 meter verticals are within the perimeter of the 80 meter square.  I
have used 40 and 80 4 square verticals with spacing between radiators as
close as 3 meters with no noticable interaction. Your planned separation of
15-20 meters should be fine.
