I meant to analogize a "wind direction indicator" or weather vane, to the
beam antenna. If a weather vane turns into the wind, it is because that
is the position of least pressure on its parts.
Likewise, does it not follow that if a free-wheeling beam antenna turns in
a specific direction, that fact is because that is the position of
least pressure on its parts?
Otherwise, what explains the fact that a free-wheeling beam will, i say,
WILL, turn into a specific position relative to the wind?
Is ole fashioned reason failing me here, again???
