      The rivets are very easy to drill out with a 1/8 bit. It only takes a
couple of seconds per rivet. They disassemble each antenna after a show and
it doesn't take very long at all. 

    The tuning comments about Force 12 antennas have to do with the LINEAR
LOADED elements (40M, 75M, etc.) that you probably have to tweak anyway and
NOT the riveted elements. The published dimensions for the linear loaded
elements are where you START to get it tuned up. I haven't found it necessary
to change any riveted element, just the linear loaded ones.
