The ultimate breaking strength for EHS guywire is: 1/4 inch = 6700 pounds
and 3/16 inch = 3990 pounds. The Phillystran equivalents use the breaking
strength as the part number. HPTG4000 is the 3/16 equivalent and HPTG6700 is
the 1/4 inch equivalent.

Proper tension for both is 10% of the breaking strength. Texas Towers is
the only amateur distributer of Phillystran.
