I don't know what all the hassle is about baluns. I have a 3 element 20
meter yagi and a 2 element 15 meter yagi, and neither one has a balun.
Nor does the 40 or 80 meter antennas. I just hook up the coax and go! I
wonder how we got along 40 years ago before there were baluns! (or swr
meters, or rf analyzers). IIAB,DFWI
