Dan Szymanski made reference to MA-BELL not replacing their cables every
few years. This is true but also I don't know any phone line installed
by amateurs
and having to put up with 1500 watts. Also, I guess I am just pickey.
I replace
all coaxes even the jumpers used inside the shack every 5 years. This
makes sure
there are no problems with any connectors or any weather damage on the
coax.
Guess the way I figure it, replacement is cheap insurance.
