In answer to a request for some ideas on tilting the cloudburner pattern
(straight up) because of a coastal location, I looked into several and
discovered that a simple wire Yagi or Moxon (1/8 wl height=35' at 3.9 MHz)
might be the best compromise between simplicity and getting the job done.
The ideas and modeling data are appended to the cloud burner notes at the
site, for anyone interested in near vertical incidence propagation. Hope
they are useful to someone.
