One aspect you may consider is that unenforced deed restrictions equal no deed
restrictions, at least as I understand it. I have maintained antennas (low
profile though they are) very openly for four years. I have never tried to
hide my activities, but have tried to minimize visual impact. I believe that
if anyone tried to enforce the covenants/deed restrictions now, I could claim
that they were never enforced.
