Subject: [TowerTalk] Changes at Cushcraft

Greetings, TowerTalkians --

I have just found out that Art Hambleton, K1ART, ex-K1LL, is no longer
with Cushcraft. That combined with the new non-ham management of the company
does raise some questions about its dedication to the ham market. They are the
acknowledged #1 ham antenna manufacturer so you would think that they will
continue to play an active role in not only ham hardware but also in
supporting ham radio activities such as DXpeditions and special events. I wish
Art well and appreciate his contribution to the new Cushcraft antennas such as
the X-9 and the heavy duty 40M yagi.

Cheers, Steve K7LXC
