The best practice is to quote how many elements and the length of the 
boom.  A 204BA is about 26' with 4 elements.  It would hardly compare 
to a W2PV 4 element 20 meter yagi.  

The same thing can be said of the OWA designs.  The close spaced first 
director does nothing for the gain.  It only helps with F/B over a wide 
frequency range and bandwidth.
