When I assembled my C-3S, all the holes were clearly marked....when
the holes did not line up it was my fault..
It appeared that all the holes were hand drilled, that is, not made
in a jig...so that each joint was unique..
Great antenna......
If I recall, customer service was a little rough around the edges....
