I have recently moved to pacific nw(Spokane) from sunny south (Dallas).
In Dallas I buried lots of Andrews hardline at shallow depths (6-12
inches) with no ill effects over a 13 year period. Up here they bury 220
svc lines and gas lines beneath the frost line which , I am told, is
around 4 feet. I have searched past archives for info on coax burial
depth and found nothing. I know there are many on this reflector who
have faced this problem and have good advice. Is it necessary to bury
Andrews hardline below the frost line?. Has anyone experienced damage
from ground shifting due to freezing? How about rotator cable and RG
213?. Thanks, Dan, N5AR
