NO NO NO! VSWR is NOT a ratio of current, ever! It is purely what the
initials stand for Voltage Standing Wave Ratio.
With a mismatched line, what you say is true, APPARENT VSWR will vary
along the feedline. With a matched 1:1 line, it will be 1:1 at any
point.
