Hey Roy:
Spiders throw out a web strand and sail in the wind. Perhaps she flew
and didn't crawl up the tower. Short of removing the antenna to
remove the web and debris, from the tower try reaching with a bamboo
pole with a wire loop on it to reach the little devil's domain.
Spider retrieved, then smack her! Also, wasp/hornet stopper sprays a
stream 20 feet in a non-windy time that will nail her.
