For those who asked to be apprised of continued status earlier...Governor
Bush signed into law today, 5/10/99, House Bill 1345...the Texas State
"tower bill" which is effective immediately. Thanks to all those who took
the time and energy to write their Representatives, Senators and to the
Governor and thanks to all of those who worked so hard to make this Bill a
reality.
